That’s why we offer to meet with employees from controlling, the finance department and also the human resources department in order to determine what the exact content will be. This 2-3 hour online workshop is free of charge.
Our Passion: integrated Training.
We offer to design transfer tasks that are created by the participants themselves between different phases as an integrative measure. Our training sessions often provide an action plan for the beginning of an implementation initiative. The plan created during the seminar is adopted during meetings when goals are set and is under constant review. This means that the achievement of goals can be measured. We often simply provide support to an implementation process, however.
