What are Business Games: Experience-oriented Learning Revolution.
3-5 participants work as a small team to take over the management of a fictitious company. These companies compete against each other in a controlled market environment.
The aim is to achieve higher revenue and cost reduction.
This is an easy way for participants to learn about the interrelations in business administration: they actively make decisions and immediately see the effects of their decisions. The participants gain not just theoretical, but more importantly practical knowledge that they can easily apply to optimize the profitability of their business.

Our Name
The name 5th Mind comes from Peter Senge’s standard work on organisational development: “The Fifth Discipline. Art and Practice of Learning Organisation”. In this work, 5th mind represents the thinking style of the learner. We have, however, also been inspired by the daoistic 5 element theory, which interprets the interaction between the elements as a process, for example in companies. Last but not least, the name is intended as a guarantee that all five of your senses will benefit from our training sessions.
To us the 5th Mind represents the learner’s or beginner’s mind; a mind, which is open to change and able to question its own mental models to gain new insights. 5th Mind Training & Consulting Ltd. would like to support your company and your employees on this never ending quest.
