Peer Learning Workshops
Peer learning workshops mean:
- learn from and with each other based on real data
- Exchange of experience of small groups (what works / what doesn't ..)
- benefit from the experience of others
- learn to implement together
As an example of a combination of our methods, we show you a rough concept for a petrol station company in which 400 petrol station partners have been trained:

Phase 1 (Basis)
Customized petrol stations company simulation
Phase 2 (optimize)
Optimization Workshops
- Focus on costs:
- Development of concrete savings potential per petrol station (business and finance)
- Focus on sales:
- Development of concrete sales potential per petrol station (business and finance)
Phase 3 (control)
Active control of the petrol station - "manage with key figures"
- Calculation tools, their use and application
- Measures already implemented that work and their measurability
- Key figures "that make sense" for controlling the TS and its calculation
- Tips & tricks, exchange of experience in implementation
- Know how to influence costs & create cost awareness
- Knowledge of everyday business levers, success factors and potential
- Specifically improve results in your own company through 1) cost levers and 2) revenue levers and know how to implement them
