The experience-oriented learning revolution
3-5 participants take over the management of a fictional company as a small group and play with 4 other companies against each other in a limited market. The aim is to optimize, i.e. increase sales and reduce the cost of business results. The participants learn business relationships in a playful way. Issues such as balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow or key figures such as ROI, ROE, WACC, ROCE lose their terror and are suddenly perceived as exciting. Through their activities, the participants are closely involved in the events and recognize the connections between cause and effect much faster. The impact of every management action is experienced immediately. Our experience shows that only what is learned easily is enjoyed.
The result: you know how
Active management of a company makes permanent, practical decisions, whereby the effects and relationships on the success of the organization are immediately understandable. By taking over a fictitious company (game board), the employees are trained for successful management in the real company. The goal is to experience how you can sustainably increase the success of your company with business knowledge.
